Subject to your selected plan, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control.
Bot Commander offers a Free Home version and paid subscription plans, including Solo, Pro, and Team. Access to paid features depends on your selected plan and remains available while your subscription is active and in good standing, unless otherwise stated.
Plan features, pricing, and availability may change over time. Subscription fees, billing terms, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the checkout or billing terms presented at the time of purchase, except where otherwise required by law.
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. Updates are provided at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
We provide community support via Discord and documentation. We do not guarantee response times or issue resolution.
The Software integrates with third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.) and optional services (Gmail, Coinbase, GitHub, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies, not ours.

You are solely responsible for:
The Software uses large language models to generate text, code, and other content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using AI-generated content. We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any AI output.
The Software includes optional integrations with cryptocurrency exchanges and financial platforms. These tools are provided for informational and operational purposes only.
We are not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment advice. You are solely responsible for all financial decisions and transactions made using the Software.

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.
Sections 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted in the Software's release notes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
